Beginner / Non-swimmer Taster Session
Our beginner and non-swimmer taster session is for those who have little (or no) swimming experience but is also the most suitable taster for those who are not yet able to swim unaided (no floats or noodles) and are not yet comfortable in the deep end.
Deep End Taster Session
A Deep End Swimmer taster session is designed for swimmers who will happily spend the whole lesson out of their depth (not able to touch the bottom of the pool) and not have a teacher in the water, as well as those already able to swim lengths.

L1 Sami The Seahorse
Our super swimmers will have lots of fun developing their water confidence, learning the basics of all four swimming strokes, how to float and jump in safely.
L2 Ronnie The Rainbowfish
Now your super swimmer can kick all the way across a width it is time to build up to comfortably swimming out of depth on front and back and having fun jumping in at the deep end.
L3 Terri The Turtle
Swimmers in this level can comfortably swim out of their depth on their front and back. They will be taught to recover arms over the water for front crawl and back crawl and understand the body movements needed for frogs legs and dolphin leg kick.
L4 Winston The Walrus
Swimmers will learn how to swim front crawl and back crawl with proper technique. They will learn to use side breathing and how to keep a flat, streamlined body position in the water. We will build their stamina and strength ready for length swimming.
L5 Danni The Dolphin
Our first level of length swimming. Refined technique will be taught across all four strokes with timed length challenges for front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. Swimmers will feel confident swimming 5m underwater and start to build their diving and water safety capabilities.

L6 Orla The Orca
Once your swimmer can swim 2-4 lengths without stopping and perform all 4 strokes with a good level of technique we start to concentrate on building stamina, starts and finishes. We broaden their capabilities further with focused diving masterclasses and water safety classes.
